This modern luxury holiday retreat is located within the “Garden Area” of Waikanae and is 40 miles North of Wellington City, less than a hour’s drive.  A local 18 hole golf course is less than a kilometre away, or play where Tiger Woods played the New Zealand Open at Paraparaumu – 10 to 15 minutes drive South.

The spacious formal lounge is north-west facing with double glazed glass doors, opening onto spacious courtyards and lawns. The family-dining room and lounge also opens to balconies to each side, all with a magnificent view of the garden, pool and tennis court, along with an outdoor area for barbequing and entertaining.

The lounge is equipped with central heating, plus a log fire for winter. It is also fitted with a large LCD TV, surround sound home theatre system, DVD and SKY satellite TV.

Kefalonia has sleeping facilities for up to 15 people (self-catering & self- servicing). Please Note: This number is subject to how Beds and Bedrooms are utilised.
 
The master bedroom boasts a view of the main garden, a walk in wardrobe, ensuite with shower and bath, plus its own 50” LCD TV and DVD player. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and wardrobe. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are twins with two king single beds with wardrobes in each. Bedroom 6 (located on the Ground Floor & suitable for the infirm) has a single bed. Bedroom 7 (located in the ”LOFT”) has a double bed and two single beds. The Loft is also equipped with an LCD TV with DVD player for the kids, plus a pool table and lounge area. This area is "Open Plan".

Bedrooms 2–5 are all serviced by a separate bathroom with shower and spa-bath and a separate toilet.
The laundry has a washing machine and dryer plus a shower for use when coming in from the heated pool or tennis.

Double garaging is available for use and there is plenty of space for off-street parking for both vehicles and a boat.

Kefalonia is ideally located only 1/2km from the Main Highway 1 Expressway and is only 40 minutes drive to Wellington. It is within easy walking distance to local bars and restaurants and of course all the boating facilities close by at the beach.

The property will be serviced only after your stay. An offsite manager is available for assistance if required.
